For the lifestyle, this shoe is unbeatable for the price. An ultra-lightweight, soft and stretchy upper and soft and springy midsole make this shoe ideal for everyday wear and standing, while still being seriously stylish. For training, this shoe does exactly what I wanted it to do. I run 2 miles a day and am pretty relaxed. I wanted a running shoe that would make my daily runs easier on the joints and this shoe did a great job of doing that. The cushion is more than enough for me to not feel any joints or tendons at all after a run, it's thick enough that I don't feel the road while running, and I'm 6ft 0" and 175 pounds. And the light and soft upper makes me feel comfortable on my foot. Maybe not enough for serious runners, but for those just looking for a casual running shoe, this is the shoe. Something I'm willing to pay a lot more for. It's perfect for the gym, work, or your daily run. Very happy with the purchase.
