Over the years I've bought a variety of cables, from very cheap imitations to the tried and tested. This was the first one that caused me any problems. Bought 3 months ago and already black screen when using Xbox One X. I've tried every setting on the Xbox to see if it's just an incompatible mode but everything results in the screen going black for a few seconds becomes. I wanted a cable long enough to plug directly from the Xbox to the TV, so a powered cable seemed the best option for my length (15 feet). Will replace this one, not sure which brand now. Setup for those wondering: Q80T (connected to 2.1 port for gaming) Xbox One X15ft high-speed cable (sometimes reviews throw all types together)
