I bake a lot. I always hate it when the instructions say to use parchment paper. Paper that comes in rolls is always difficult to cut, curls in an undesirable way, and takes too long. These sheets fit perfectly on my baking sheets. I no longer need butter to bake cookies. If you're baking a large batch, you can just use them a few more times. And guess what—no messing with the baking sheets. They come in a sturdy, perfectly sized box to keep in my closet with the frames. I think this is my favorite find of the last few years.
