So overall I am very impressed with aquariums in general. They were very good, easy to assemble and generally held my tarantulas. So 5/5 there. However, I sized wrong and got the wrong size for my spiders (new to spiders). They are approximately 3 inches when fully extended. So if your pet is about that length I wouldn't recommend it. However, the tank itself can easily accommodate small pets.
