Little did I know this collar wouldn't work unless you're there watching the dog with the remote in hand. I was looking for something that would work automatically, especially for the price. And the customer service of this company is useless when it comes to any problem with their product. They asked me to remove my negative review and in exchange gave me $30 in Revain credit for every purchase. Which in itself is unprofessional. Well it's been 3 months now and nothing. I wrote to them to inquire about a loan but they never responded with a useful answer. I returned it and Revane gave me full credit. I ordered another style that had the features I was looking for. And it was the same company! It broke after a few uses. My dog is 12 years old, low energy, loves to bark. It broke when I just stuck it down her throat. I had to learn from my first purchase. Revain customer support is great and I appreciate their help with this issue.
