Modern Elegance: Shower Heads
The shower head is very nice, very modern, very simple. Both the head and the wand are made of lightweight plastic. The installation instructions are complete and installation was relatively easy. First two connections leaked. About six turns of Teflon tape were required to connect the head instead of three or four, and an extra washer was required to connect the tubing to the probe. It is a mystery why this and similar products are described with 1/2 inch threads. the pipe coming out of my wall has a 3/4" thread, so I bought a 3/4" to 1/2" adapter beforehand, that's not necessary; the thread on the shower head is 3/4" and just screwed.
