
I think I have hyperextended my knee. It's been bothering me for a few months. I felt like I needed extra support when playing tennis. I wish I had a sleeve instead of an adjustable cape. Although I don't hate it. I also don't know exactly what's going on with my knee or whether a compression bandage helps when I'm exercising. I can't say much about the properties of copper. I feel some adjustments are needed to get the right firmness for a comfortable grip. I don't wear it to yoga because I feel it will severely affect my ability to bend my knee as it's bulkier. My knee usually bothers when my leg is fully extended or hyperextended and my kneecap recedes so I don't know if this brace can help much with my problem anyway. I think it could be better for lateral instability.
