Review on ProcessModel by Kyle Rock

ProcessModel is one of those applications that has been developed at a very low price. However, the application really satisfies the demands of the customer. I like the process modelling that it provides. The process modelling that helps us plan our projects in advance and help us solve the problems that it might face. The process modelling that really saves time for the customer and saves us a lot. I would recommend the user to learn and use this tool. I am using this tool to model the process and help improve efficiency. I like that it integrates with our ERP system (BMC) for billing/invoicing tasks which is great for my team at this time. The ability to add custom fields into each task helps us tremendously in creating robust contracts for our clients. There are many times when we send an invoice or contract through email only to realize there was some error and now we have no way to go back in to correct the issue. With PM, you can do that right away without jumping between multiple screens.
