Invalid model number and damaged packaging

3702-AU/EU, not PL3702 as stated. The drivers were not compatible with my Win 7 installation. Tried manual and automatic driver updates to no avail. The controller read but was unusable. My current controller, which is a few years old (PL3702), works with no problems. Tried another posted here on Revain with the same result and got 3702-AU.
