Review on 8.5 QT 660W 6 Speed Tilt-Head Stand Mixer for Family Gathering, Red - Includes Dough Hook, Wire Whip, and Beater Attachments by Rudy Hilmy

Have been experimenting with baking for the last year and a half. I've collected various items to help, but this one should be one of the first! To do more than a small amount of anything, you need one of these. It blows the hand mixer I've used in every category - ease of use, capacity, quality of the end product (homogeneous and well mixed/combined). Not to mention the time and energy savings. This is a durable product - heavy and does not move during operation, easy to change attachments and work. The capacity is great (just baked a few cakes in one round) and has worked really well so far. The surface is smooth and durable (easily wipes clean) and the bright red color makes it the star of the kitchen. Very happy with this purchase and worth the price.
