I love this type of shoes, I find them very comfortable and every family has a pair of different colors. But these bought for my daughter have a flaw, there is a hole between the sole and the upper of the shoe, which is not too noticeable, and my daughter still loves them, but it worries me, and there is a possibility that to contact support team who will take care of this I to adidas and I have tried contacting customer service via live chat but you are unable to send a message without having a curtain order number which is only given when you purchase items ordering from their website they also can't call or say they are too busy cuts out and they don't show the email option but searching the web I found a support email but after Heard nothing in 3 weeks and several emails. I would say adidas products are of course pretty good but their service customers suck. but i will keep them because these shoes are hard to find in their size and color and it will be impossible to get them again if i return them.
