Review on elinnee by Donald Cox

I recently bought something from elinnee's online store, and I have to admit that I'm not very happy with their customer service. First off, the delivery took a lot longer than I had anticipated, and when I asked for an update, their customer service team was exceedingly useless and condescending. I was unhappy with the products' quality when my order finally showed up. The health supplies didn't perform as promised, and the cleaning tools broke after only a few usage. I made the decision to return the goods, however the exchange procedure was a complete headache. The customer service agent I spoke to was harsh and disrespectful, and the directions were unclear. In general, I wouldn't suggest shopping at elinnee's website. The trouble is simply not worth the subpar products and bad customer service. In the future, I'll conduct business elsewhere.
