I bought this set to replace one of my original 6 bought in January 2021. One of the original six had had an issue connecting to WiFi since I first set it up. We recently had a guest who flicked the switch too quickly and turned off the wifi. I spent two days trying to reconnect this particular one but it didn't work. In the end I gave up the defective flashlight and ordered a new one despite the additional price. Customer service is located outside of the US and it is very difficult to work with them as they take about 12 hours to reply and sometimes their replies are nonsensical. I have sent many videos, photos and descriptions showing the faulty light not connecting and keeps flashing every time it is turned on and off. Regardless, I still got the same response (description of the connection) from the company and no one has attempted to properly resolve the issue. Instead of replacing them all with a different brand, I decided to replace the broken light. Surprise (sarcasm), it actually worked and was up and running in less than 10 minutes. The lighting is pretty good when it works. Overall the app works well and when the light is working it doesn't take long to connect. The ability to change color was good initially, but the novelty faded fairly quickly. If I had to do it again I wouldn't buy this brand.
