Not much to say about that. I bought this because of the very small screen crammed into a small RPi pluggable case. It sticks out a lot less than the adapter (although it's still a bit tight in the case I use, but there's nothing to do and it's not his fault). It works without any problems. No video dropouts or anything like that. It's a bit of a special case, so you probably shouldn't buy it just to use as a regular cable (at least it's a bit short - if you're working with something that requires a longer cable, you might be better off with an adapter, that fits a regular cable), but for stuff you would actually use this works fine.
