All good, very soft and absorbent until you put toner (or whatever you use, puff) on your skin - it won't "break up" so much (as one reviewer said ). it clumps and you have a wet little ball in your hand. It's useful to use two at a time, which gives it a bit more body, but I won't be ordering again.
