I fell because of the adjusting screw

The screw dangled when driving down the road, the screw pressed on the master cylinder and blocked the front brake. I fell and flew over 30 feet. Full street rash and a big hole in my ankle and I couldn't walk for 2 weeks. This cheap lever screw takes the rattle out of adjustment.
