I bought this because it looks nice and I needed a hanger. Not all screws fit when reassembling. 1 screw for attaching the frame to the luggage rack has broken off. So only 2 screws hold it together. How much the cloak clings to itself. Same problem, the screws aren't long enough to support the top rack. Now I have 4 hooks that keep falling off and only the bottom screw holds the hook post. After hanging a coat or sweater, the hook post will fall sideways. I contacted Frenchi's fitment department and was told I would need to contact Revain. Contacted Revain and no help just walking around. All I need is help with what can be done other than taking everything apart and putting back in place when all it takes are the right size screws. Now I'm stuck with a hanger that can't hang coats or sweaters. Just handkerchiefs, something very light. Not worth the money.
