Brilliant! Although the packaging is honestly lying LOL
My daughter is two years old and she has a lot of talking dolls. The voice on this one is very clear and loud enough to be heard perfectly. Please watch the video and hear for yourself. The only issue with this product that I find very amusing is the back of the packaging. You have to watch the video to understand what I mean. But regardless, I would buy it again and would recommend it to anyone who is a fan of Bingo and Bluey.
