EDIT:I ended up exchanging the dryer and the new one works a lot better! Worth the money when you get a working one.When this dryer came the box was open which I thought was pretty weird. None of the pieces were missing and everything still had its plastic covers. I tried it out this morning and I really liked it. It's really light weight and dries my hair pretty well on low speed and high heat. It was pretty quiet too! I was a bit into diffusing my hair when I noticed it kept catching my hair and pulling it into the back of it with the air suction. Sometime after that it just straight up stopped working. I turned it off and on again a few times messing with all of the switches and nothing worked. I even unplugged it and plugged it back in and still nothing.I really wanted to like this dryer because of all of the people saying it was a dupe for the Dyson but after this it's definitely going back.
