I am a massage therapist and I treat patients with various medical conditions including athletes and myself. I use it for various stretches and techniques when visiting patients or just to stretch my back at odd angles . The package arrived a bit crumpled, but I put that down to the postman leaving the package in the scorching Miami sun on a very hot day. This is not heavy, thick rubber, so stay away from extreme heat.
