I would give 5 stars but there are 2 downsides in my opinion. 1 - the pillow is not connected in any way. It's convenient to wash, but every time I put the child down I have to adjust the pillow.2 - The buttons to remove the tray are lame. These are the metal buttons that will be used when you connect the metal bars together. They're not that easy to put down. But it's a very sturdy chair, not too bulky, and the tray is actually big enough to fit a plate, not just a child's seat tray.
