The lid is cracked and chipped off.
I was so excited about this jar - I couldn't wait to get it. The glass itself is beautiful. I've only used it once. It is hand wash only - this only happened to the cover after I hand washed it twice. It cracked and faded. And because the black latch that closes the lid is cracked, there's nothing to connect or snap into place.
