The software is user friendly. It's easy to navigate through all of your patient information. I like that it allows me access from anywhere as well! Sometimes there are glitches with some features (such as text messaging) but they usually resolve quickly once notified about them. There isn't anything in particular I dislike; however, if you're looking for something more comprehensive than what this program offers then maybe consider other options. We primarily use Patientclick for our Practice Management functions such as scheduling appointments, and sending out reminders via SMS/Text message. This has made my job much easier because we can now do those tasks even when at home instead of having to be in the office during normal business hours. Also, being able to send messages directly to patients helps us get better communication between ourselves and our patients.
