The new motherboard was bad. I called ASUS support. They wanted me to send it in for service. I told them it was under warranty and I should get a replacement. The technician said he couldn't do it. I told him to give me a supervisor. He explained that he wanted my email and someone would be contacting me in a few days. I told him I was waiting online for a supervisor. After several conversations with him, I finally got a supervisor. I told my boss that I need a replacement. I was told I would take the refurbished one. I told him I bought a new motherboard. They would just replace the board with someone else's crap that they sent back. Stay away from ASUS motherboards
