Last year I had the opportunity to try several security cameras. My friends have a few and have read a lot of reviews and watched a lot of videos. THIS CAMERA was a winner for me. I'll start the review by listing the pros and cons. ADVANTAGES - Resolution 1080p or lower. Can be changed to save space on your storage device. - Access via laptop or mobile device. (I use an iPhone 6s) - Night vision is superb! - adjustable contrast/brightness/color and more. Highly detailed option - Available at work or anywhere you are away from home - Small and silent. I can't even hear the camera moving. - comes with detailed instructions and wall bracket - motion and sound detection. - microSD card for recording recordings. - built-in microphone and speaker - high freedom of movement. CONS: - The application doesn't work. always automatically open the camera channel. - may delay depending on the connection. (not a big deal and to be expected) As you can see, this great little camera has almost no flaws. I love it. It's inside me right now. I suppose you could install it outside if it's under a patio and you live in a mild climate, but I doubt it was intended for an outdoor camera. I am not sure. Bought for internal use. My favorite features are the app itself. I can check my home while I work and get updates when motion or sound is detected. The best! I like the size too. Until I got it in the mail I thought it would be a lot bigger. It is very small and well built. It doesn't look bad on the shelf either. There will also be an awesome babysitter cam.
