Falls off wall onto coat and towel hooks
They looked fine out of the box except for one of the four hooks which has a couple of deep scratches. I looked into this and decided to keep the hooks anyway as I already installed the first three and the towel is still covering the hook. I followed the instructions to clean the surface before hanging the hooks and waited a day before hanging the towels. BUT these hooks fall every day since I put them on. One even got stuck on the floor and jammed the door so we had to pry open the bathroom door (the hook crushed the door). I should have known that they fall off the wall easily, especially with steam from the shower. It is highly recommended for bathroom use.
