I'm 6'4" 195lbs. and surf like garbage compared to true "Maui Rippers" like Kai Lenny. However, as a decent waterman I can tell you that these boardies are on point. No Velcro, no mesh, no gimmick features -- there is a key cord in the zipper pocket if you're one of those freaks who doesn't just hide his keys under a rock like us normal people. The stitching is clean and the fit is for athletes of all shapes and sizes. material does stretch a bit which is good for when you're throwing buckets on a massive roundhouse cuttie. The olive green color is my favorite. Green is bad luck when you're surfing Indonesia though so I'll have to get another pair for when I'm charging 12 foot Padang Padang. (Of course, I'll be in the barrel the whole time so no one will see what color my shorts are anyway.)
