I really wanted a rope basket this size, all white, so I was hoping this would be it. The way they ship it doesn't make sense, it's folded too many times and has very tight folds. I gave it a good chance to reshape and loosen up - I steamed the wrinkles, stuffed it with blankets and let it sit for a couple of days, then steamed again while it was still stuffed with blankets. It survived, but there were dents and creases that I don't think will ever go away on their own. It looked distasteful to me and it bothered me that it didn't even stand up straight. It also had a fairly toxic chemical smell that lingered even after steaming/airing. All in all quite a disappointment as it seemed like a decently made product.
