Excellent customer experience and ease of implementation

The platform is robust with many features for patient engagement that are easy-to use by our staff who have limited training in these areas (iPad or Android). I love how it allows me as an administrator access from anywhere at any time! There's not much we dislike about this product but there could be more updates made especially when new products come out such as Apple Watch Series 3 support which was recently added last month via software update within minutes after launch!! It has been amazing helping us reach older generations through technology without them having difficulty using their smart phones/tablets etc..

Pros

Great customer service team, quick response to questions & feedbacks; they make you feel like your concerns matter truly appreciate all efforts put forth!!! They're very responsive during business hours too so if issues arise outside regular office hrs., someone will respond promptly upon request :) Also great pricing compared w other platforms similar functionality available..it can't get better than what orbit
