An impressive blend of performance and relaxation.

I did a more intense cardio workout yesterday. Sometimes when I do this particular set I get pains or little cramps in my legs. I made a drink with simply filtered water with this powder and drank it about 1/2 hour before my workout. I noticed that I became less tired and more resilient. And later I had no pain in the muscles of my legs. That could be because I'm in top shape, or maybe because of the placebo effect. But the only difference was adding this powder to my routine. Some of the ingredients in this blend that I will admit are probably NOT stimulants, which I appreciate and seek. NO for exercise and overall cardiovascular health is an important aspect of my health and exercise program. So, based on my brief experience, I believe this product to be effective and useful. I will be duplicating this supplement for my next cardio workout. If there is important information I will update this review and rating accordingly. The product met expectations with a solid 4.75 stars and a very high recommendation.
