UPDATE: The company helped me a lot with the problem of the phone holder not being fully tightened on the tripod, I really appreciate it. I also bought a second one and had no problems with it at all, it bolted tight and securely. Looks like the first one I bought just had a manufacturing defect. For this reason I am changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars. I am very excited about this product, hands-free video and photo. The remote connects easily and works great. I see some of them come up with cases and mine don't. I read under the content that it is not listed. I think I missed a select few that were there. never mind The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was that the phone adapter couldn't be pulled all the way down when installed vertically. Have some more play and feel free. It just keeps spinning and never tightens. I've tried turning the ring that's under the plastic part that turns the screw and it's as tight as it can go, but it still moves. If the stand is on its own there won't be any problems, but I was hoping I could walk around and shoot videos with it. That way I can use it to stabilize the recording. This is my only criticism with the tripod if anyone knows of any fixes or if the tripod is fully tightened. let me know
