I have a double size weighted blanket on my bed. It helped calm my legs and I slept better. My legs twitch when we watch TV so I was wondering if a little weighted blanket might help. I liked the idea of getting 2 duvet covers with a comforter. That saved money. I use the blanket as a blanket on my knees, on my legs and it really helps. My 13 year old grandson asked me to try it and the dog climbed with him. Then his mother said that she was thinking about trying it, so she gave it a try. Everyone liked it and you can order for yourself. I can only use the small one to cover my legs in bed in the summer when it's too hot for a full blanket.
