I think you get what you pay for in this scenario. It's solid and will do the job but it had chipped paint and it smells so bad of paint and chemicals and musty smells that I'm taking it outside to air it out. I love that you can make it taller or shorter by leaving out some parts.

I really like how easy it was to put together. All you have to do is twist the sections together in the correct order (all by hand, very easy) and boom. Did. Took me a MAXIMUM of 10 minutes to assemble. It's a pretty standard hanger, but be careful, it can become unbalanced and knocked over fairly easily.

Would be perfect if I could actually USE it, the legs won't snap into the base leaving a gap and the bottom that screws into the base won't tighten no matter how very i screw it in and it stays wobbly and unusable. UPDATE: I received a replacement which was shipped within two days only to have the exact same issue. I am going back forever and will never buy another hanger from these sellers again.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Literally unsustainable. The first step is to attach the 3 support legs but the groove was cut too shallow so the pieces will not fit. Tried hammering and saw the wood begin to splinter before realizing it couldn't be put back together. My wife-to-be and I loved the design and had high hopes for this item. Hopefully customer service can get it right so I can actually test a working product.

I was concerned about the durability of these things when I decided to buy a product from Revain. This seemed like the best choice to me and I was not disappointed. Too bad I wouldn't have bought this a few years ago instead of screwing the wall mount to the wall. It looks a lot better. Fits perfectly where my front door opens. Solid wood (to the touch and looks at least, not sure if it's real wood) to the touch and looks. Very happy with this item.

Looks great and is easy to put together. When you put things on the rack, they should be even on the sides because the hanger only has 3 legs and is not strong at all. If you overtighten the posts they will crack and eventually break. The screw goes straight into the wood instead of a piece of metal to stop the tightening. 3 of them are already broken. Great hat and coat. It is made from solid wood and then varnished in a very nice dark walnut colour. I was missing some threaded inserts into which the "branches" of the frame are screwed. I bought some 1/4"20 TPI brass threaded inserts at a hardware store and they screwed right in and are like new now. I used the bolt and two nuts method to install the threaded inserts.
