I like how easy it was to use their platform for my business needs! They are very helpful when you have questions or need some guidance along your journey as they help guide through all of our options available from them at any given time during this process. Some things could be streamlined but that's just because there isn't much room left once we're done adding features onto what already exists so far (it seems). Their support team has been great throughout every step which makes me feel comfortable jumping right into whatever else they can do next without hesitation - not having someone who knows exactly where everything fits within each other part would definitely make life easier if needed though since sometimes certain steps aren’t explained properly enough/clearly until later down the road after signing up & paying fees etc.. Overall happy customer here!! We've had no issues thusfar aside form one specific issue regarding shipping costs being higher than expected due to using USPS instead of FedEx however.
