The product is very good for nocturnal foot nerve pain. I wear it cold over a sock at night and its cooling effect lasts about two hours. Worked so well I bought another one so I can crank it up all night. Much better than taking painkillers with all their side effects! Update January 17, 2021: I've now bought three of these ankle and foot ice packs that I'm spinning and they're still working great for my nerve pain. Unfortunately, one of the packages broke open one night. Luckily the contents were in the trunk. I contacted the supplier through Revain about the accident and within a day or two the supplier contacted me and quickly sent me new replacement packs (free of charge). The trunk was a bit dirty inside and I cleaned it as best I could before putting in a new spare pack. I believe the company supported their product by sending me replacement packages and would have no hesitation in recommending this product to others with similar nerve issues.
