The ability to use it from anywhere, even in other countries is great. It's easy to set up your webinar and have people join. I wish there was more customization options as far as layouts go. For example, you can't change the background color of the page where all participants are logged into during the meeting. This doesn't really matter too much but if that option were available then that would be nice. We've been able to hold virtual meetings with our clients via video conferencing or through Zoom. Sometimes when we're using different browsers (sometimes Chrome and sometimes Firefox) some features don't work properly, which makes things difficult. Using Vidthere has helped us eliminate those issues by allowing everyone who wants to participate to do so at their own convenience. Vidthere is easy to use and has a great customer support. The customer service is amazing and the Vidthere team is always willing to help. The platform is easy to use and has great features. I like the ease of connecting with the customer service team, and they are great at getting you set up with the right features. Vidthere is a great platform for webinars. I have been able to connect with my clients when I am out of the office. I can also host live meetings in my office.
