Design and Quality of TIMEYARD are Disappointing

I must convey my dissatisfaction with the design and quality of TIMEYARD as a customer. Despite having attractive visuals on their website, their goods fall short of expectations. Their products are of poor quality, particularly given the cost. I bought a macrame wall decoration, and a week later it began to unravel and fray. Additionally, they offer poor customer support. Reaching out to them was challenging, and when I did, their answer was inadequate. The style of TIMEYARD is also unoriginal and uncreative. Their goods appear to be ripoffs of what is already on the market. It is obvious that they put number before quality, which is not a practice that ought to be supported in the sector. In light of the poor quality and unoriginality of their designs, their costing is also outrageous. It appears that they are charging more for the brand name than for the value of the real product. To sum up, I would not suggest TIMEYARD to anyone seeking for distinctive, high-quality home décor items. Their customer support is disappointing, and their design and quality fall short of expectations. I advise you to search for alternatives that value creativity and quality over quantity.

Pros
  • Prices that are fair considering the high quality and distinctiveness of their wares
Cons
  • When shipping internationally, there is a possibility of experiencing longer delivery periods as well as additional fees.
