Doesn't work

The instructions are poorly translated from Chinese. According to the instructions, batteries are included, but they are not! I bought AAA lithium ion batteries according to the instructions and no matter what I did it didn't work. It is not functional. Since it's pretty cheap I just threw it in the trash. Don't try to return it for a refund.
