Review on OPHIR by Aries Greene

My time spent purchasing on OPHIR's online store left me feeling frustrated, which is ironic given my role as a product manager. Their selection of materials for airbrushing, painting, drawing, and crafting was not as comprehensive as I had hoped it would be, despite the fact that they claim to offer a broad range of options to their customers. There was a significant lack of variety in the products that were offered, and many of the things were out of stock. The fact that the website was both slow and difficult to traverse made the overall shopping experience aggravating. To make matters even worse, when I attempted to contact their customer service to inquire about the status of my order, they did not respond and were not helpful in any way. OPHIR did not live up to my hopes and dreams for it; unfortunately, they did not deliver. I would not recommend making purchases from their online store until such time as they perfect the administration of their inventory and their treatment of customers.
