Love this nasal spray. It's literally just water and saline solution. Really great for infants and toddlers. All you need to do is spray about two pumps into their nose then either wait for them to sneeze (which usually they do, and when they do usually the booger and or snot comes right out) or use the nasal aspirator they have which works great and is easy to clean after uses. I've used this product on all boys since they were infants up until now, especially when my oldest has a really dry nose full of dry boogers it does the job and helps him sleep better at night when it's humid and hot.
