Review on Vet Recommended After-Surgery Wear: E-Collar Alternative for Cats and Dogs by Martha Robinson

Does what it should!

I had this applied to my daughter's vets in the Great Pyrenees after they gave her a knee spray. Good, here we go! The vet asked me to wear her e-collar for two weeks and leave the coveralls on at the same time, just in case. The e-collar was putting pressure on my dog's neck/head which seemed very uncomfortable so I watched her manage with just the jumpsuit. I noticed that she didn't seem to care at all about the location of her incision when she wore this jumpsuit, so that looks like a big win! The jumpsuit does what I bought it for! The stitching was just beginning to unravel in a tiny spot, but I didn't feel like I was buying this item to get quality, nor did I pay a price that meant I was getting a quality item. However, I just wanted it to do what it was designed to do. And it happened! Thanks to the inventor of this thing and whoever stamped it. MUCH better than wearing an e-collar. I chose this suit over the others specifically because it is over 90 degrees F here every day and I have never seen any other survival suit suitable for warmer temperatures other than this one. Definitely yes, I recommend! And yes, she can 100 percent potty train with him, no problem.

Pros
  • Hard wearing finish
Cons
  • So-so
