I dropped my unit and broke my toothpick, I bought a 2 year maintenance plan, when I needed it I found out I had to send my unit in for inspection and wait for a replacement in and then I couldn't do it again, use my plan, I'd rather use it for squad than selection. I couldn't wait that long without daily dental care because I have gum problems and this irrigator is more than essential to my gum health and peace of mind. I found this on Amazon and they sent it to me 2 days later. This one fits like a glove and I got 2 of these for my next fall. great price and great service. very satisfied
