This is a great project for a quiet pastime for grandma and kids

so many little details that 3 and 5 year olds get distracted very easily. I would say it would be great for older kids like 7-10 years old. My toddlers said it took too long and I ended up with half finished keychains. they came out very well. Good product! My only choosy request was that there should be a color code guide and more plastic bags to put in any extra gems. The kids made a mess and they all ended up in one big bag and we forgot what number they had.
