Absolutely thrilled! I was skeptical because this is so different from a regular pillow. It is not so wide and has a completely different shape. The reason this works so well for me is that I hate comfy pillows but as soon as I lay on them they flatten out completely. But then again, pillows that were too hard hurt my neck. This pillow is perfect because it's thick and firm, but the shoulder and neck cutouts keep your neck at a healthy angle. So I claim I feel fine and have no pain in the morning. The final benefit, which I don't think they even consider, is that it seems to stop me from tossing and turning because there's a recess in the middle for your head. If like me you're skeptical about trying something new online that you've never tried before, spend $45 on this pillow (I bought a cover too, but you definitely don't need a cover if you want to save money. ) . My wife didn't want one and she uses 3 pillows to try to create what I get from this one. In the end, she'll probably admit that she wants it, too.
