This pillow was a game changer. I cured my neck pain with it! I sleep much better, it offers perfect support even when I turn from side to back. Highly recommended, it's worth every penny!

The pillow out of the box was fantastic, after a few days the pillow lost some of its stiffness around the edges where all your weight rests, overall I like the pillow but me keep turning it over to even out the sagging edges, I always try to push the stuffing back to where I rest my head. I like the neckline and dimple in its design.

I ordered this pillow because I needed a neck support pillow. I also needed a cooling pad. I was happy to receive this pillow much sooner than expected. I tried to sleep on it last night and I couldn't sleep. The pillow I received had the roughest pillowcase I have ever experienced and I didn't have a cover for it. Besides, there was nothing cool about it. I asked for return.

I liked the height of the pillow compared to others I've tried. This is probably the fifth pillow I've bought this year, most were too low or too soft. After sleeping on this pillow for two nights, my neck became numb and I started looking for side pillows to sleep on again. Update after sleeping on a pillow for two weeks I'm very happy with it. I guess I just got used to it for the first few nights.

I like the softness of the pillowcase. That's all I like. It took at least 20 minutes to put the pillowcase on. The pillow is tight and wrinkled to distort the indentation of the pillow so my neck and ear are not where they should. I use a regular pillowcase to protect the pillow. But the pillow is great! The best I've found. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my hands and fingers have not been working well for several days. I began to appreciate the fit and washed them often and found them easier

Absolutely thrilled! I was skeptical because this is so different from a regular pillow. It is not so wide and has a completely different shape. The reason this works so well for me is that I hate comfy pillows but as soon as I lay on them they flatten out completely. But then again, pillows that were too hard hurt my neck. I'm actually used to hard pillows (my favorite use is the innovation for sleep, a heavy curved neck pillow before they changed its quality), but this one U sleeping pillow is damn hard, it's like sleeping on an inflated ball full of rocks. My shoulders are creaking today from that pillow pressing so hard on them while sleeping.
