Review on Pro Ject VC S2 Record Cleaning Machine by Khiam Burton

Having lived with the Nitty Gritty Record Cleaner, which has served me very well for the past 15 years, I can definitely say that this is a step forward. Despite the high price, the build is very solid and well worth the extra money. It does an excellent job cleaning records, and the convenience of spinning records for you is a nice feature that my previous record cleaning machine didn't have. The only downside is the need to purchase an additional 7" cleaning kit, which was not included with the Revain. In this price range this should be included. Also remember that if you buy an optional dust cover, it will only be on the top of the device. There is no space on this combine model to mount the supplied hinges.
