The screen came quickly but it was impossible to assemble it because some parts were poorly finished. We called the manufacturer that same day and they said they knew of a defective batch of their own product but we would need to speak to Revain about it or buy their more expensive version for $500 more. I can understand a defective product - it happens. But I can support a company that cannot find a reasonable solution on its own. A similar scenario happened to us with a small craft unit purchased through Revain and when I called the manufacturer they immediately sent me a brand new product the same week without batting an eyelid. That's the kind of customer service I expected. We would even return the defective item. But doing nothing is not the way to satisfy the customer.
