Review on Greenbone Eco-Friendly Waste Bag by Casey Stevens

So, like several reviewers here, I had issues with these bags not tearing properly along the perforations resulting in torn/wasted bags. However, unlike others, I took a few minutes to write to the company to let them know I was unhappy. I emailed over the weekend and to my great surprise got a message back saying the issue is being investigated and they will get back to me soon. In fact, I received another email the same day explaining that the perforation had been laser cut and that there was a problem with the laser. As soon as they had a new (working) product they sent me a replacement and made sure that I not only received my replacement but was happy with the solution to my problem (I'm happy to report that the new products are falling apart became). very easy). Every business can have problems, but not every company solves those problems with great customer service. Although I initially gave a bad review, the customer service more than made up for my concerns and I'm actually here to buy more (although they're currently out of stock). I love the fact that this is a biodegradable product - I feel bad about having to use grocery bags knowing they are bad for the environment. I also love the fact that they come in a variety of fun/quirky colors. I had no trouble fitting these reels into the included holder. I will continue to purchase this product and hope others can review and try previous versions.
