Good compression! I was afraid it would be too small because I have big shoulders and it might cut into my skin or maybe roll, but so far it hasn't. I was also wondering if it would really help my biceps tendinitis and I can honestly say I feel instant relief from putting it on. It's a bit tricky to lift by the arm, but once it's on it's comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the elbow marks are higher than my actual elbow, but I think that's mostly because I pull it up as high as I can. The bottom fits just perfectly, so it could also be because my upper arm stretches the sleeve. The fit wasn't an issue though, it just looks weird and I can deal with that. It has definitely improved my sleep quality as I don't feel as uncomfortable at night anymore.
