Great Piece on my review.

My luggage was marked "delivered” in a town 45minutes away, and I never received it. Best Buy told me to wait a day or two to request replacement or refund. I was annoyed. To my amazement, a nice man who received my luggage showed up on my doorstep with it this evening. My boyfriend did not get any info and I would love to thank him. So, to the man that drove 45 minutes in the rain on Long Island tonight, thank you. This luggage is exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.
